Reservation and cancellation policy
Thank you very much for your reservation at a Spreegold Store in Berlin.
Down below you will find our reservation- and cancelation conditions. We kindly ask you to take note of these conditions.
1. Reservations regarding time and quantity and the reserved seats (that means the announced quantity of people) are binding. However, you may cancel your reservation in full, at least 24 hours before the reserved time, and in part 6 hours before the reserved time (ie for individual seats / persons) without incurring any costs.
2. If a cancelation is not done until the time stated in clause 1, we are entitled to charge a compensation rate equivalent to the sales price for each seat which was either not taken or not cancelled in time. The same applies for reserved seats which are not taken within the reserved time.
2.1 We are entitled to give away the seats to others if the reserved seats are not taken until 20 minutes after the reserved time at the latest (should the announced people not appear).
2.2 The rules in clause 2.1 also apply if the guests appear, but do not take use of the reserved seats and exit the restaurant again. This applies especially in cases where more people appear than actually reserved and it is not possible to provide more seats. We kindly ask you hereby for your understanding due to the fact that we have a special room concept including a special room distribution and we therefore have to stick to a maximum quantity of guests.
3. Cancelations can only be done via Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If not otherwise agreed upon payments have to be done in Euro and in general can only be done with cash or with debit card.
With the usage of the reservation you accept the reservation- and cancelation conditions and have read and accepted our cancellation policy.
